London From a Kid's Perspective

London was by far our favorite city we have ever been to! London is different from other cities because it is clean and has a general charm to all of it. What we really liked about it though was all the things to do. We were only there for 5 days but we sure packed in a lot of cool things!

Some of our favorite things we saw were the Tower of London, Harrod's, Hamley's (London's biggest toy store), Tower Bridge, Victoria and Albert Museum, British Museum, Changing of the Guards, Platform 9 3/4, and lots more!

Despite all of London's charm and amazing history, there were some downsides to it. Firstly, London gets really cold. We were there in March and it was still freezing outside. But even though it was really cold, we did get to see our first snowfall ever in London, so that's pretty cool! The only other bad thing about London was....Nothing! London was pretty much perfect!

We went to the Tower of London and it was really cool learning about medieval times and the Crown Jewels. When we went to the British Museum, we learned all about ancient Egypt and even saw the Rosetta Stone. We also liked the Victoria and Albert Museum. The tube (subway) was really cool and clean and we took it everywhere.

London was an awesome place and we really hope you get to go there too!
