Kuala Lumpur From a Kid’s Perspective

Kuala Lumpur is the capital of Malaysia. This is a clean, organised and busy city, but feels safe no matter where you are. The people that live there are not overly friendly, but are kind when you get to know them. We got the chance to visit Kuala Lumpur and are going to share what we thought about this unique city.

Because Kuala Lumpur is such a big city, we got to go to only a small portion of the many sites there. But the sites that we did go to, we really enjoyed. We went to the Petronas Twin Towers, Batu Caves, Kidzania, China town and shopping malls. We liked the big golden statue in Batu cave because you could get good pictures with it. We also liked Kidzania because we could experience some things that were new to us. We liked Chinatown because some of us learned to barter and the rest of us liked it because it was nice and decorated. We liked the pattern on the petronas towers. The petronas towers had a mall built into it.

We didn’t like that kidzania was so busy and that they made you say things that weren’t English like “Kai and zankyou”. We didn’t like the 246 steps in Batu caves. We didn’t like that people would follow you around in Chinatown just to sell you something.

Over all KL was a fun and enjoyable place and we would recommend going here and if you do then we also recommend going to petronas towers.
